Convential dish soaps can contain ingredients such as sulfuric acid, ammonium sulfate, 1,4 dioxane, diethanolamine, and more.
These ingredients are carcinogenic, respiratory irritants, and can effect pulmonary function, and even cause eye corrosion.
And these are just A FEW of the many chemical ingredients companies use in their products to make them as effective as possible. The better they work, the more we buy them.
Even though these are small doses of exposure, they all build up. Bioaccumulation is when a substance builds up in our bodies, and our natural filtration system can’t get rid of it. The substance then accumulates within the body with every exposure. THAT’S when health issues arise.
And dish soap isn’t the only product with these toxic ingredients! Think about all the cleaning products you have in your home.
